Shows AI helper buttons in the Lapor, Pengumuman, Kegiatan, Surat, and Kas panels.
Privacy: only the relevant form contents are sent to Gemini (complaint details, announcement/activity text, letter type/keperluan/status, or kas totals). In Lapor and Surat, name, NIK, No. KK, phone number, and full address are never sent. AI output is a draft — review it before saving.

Required to save, edit, and delete data. Must match ADMIN_TOKEN in Project Settings > Script Properties in Apps Script. Without this token, write operations are rejected by the server.
Recipient for letter-request notification emails. Saved as ADMIN_EMAIL in Project Settings > Script Properties. Run authorizeMail once so the script may send email.
Demo Mode (Offline) — without Apps Script
For a demo / trial without connecting to Google Sheets, leave publicApiUrl and apiBase empty in config.js. The app then runs in local mode: all data (residents, dues, announcements, activities, requests) is stored only in this browser (localStorage) and is not sent to the server.
- The public portal does not show local-mode data — it only reads from Google Sheets.
- After the demo, click Reset Demo Data (Local) to clear the data & display.
- Data in Google Sheets is never deleted by this button.
Google Sheets & Apps Script Setup Guide:
- Create a new Google Sheets file. Tabs & headers are created/fixed automatically on first run:
Data_Warga,Iuran_Kas,Pengumuman,Kegiatan_Warga, andPengajuan_Surat. - Open the Extensions > Apps Script menu in your Google Sheets.
- Copy the entire contents of the
code.gsfile (in this project's Apps Script folder), then paste it to replace the editor's contents. - Click Deploy > New Deployment. Choose type Web app with Execute as: Me.
- Set Who has access to Anyone.
- In Apps Script open Project Settings > Script Properties, add an
ADMIN_TOKENproperty with your chosen secret value (e.g.rt-secret-2026). Also addADMIN_EMAILto enable email notifications for letter requests (then run theauthorizeMailfunction once). - Copy the Web App URL (ending in
/exec) intopublicApiUrlin config.js — and intoAPPS_SCRIPT_URLin Cloudflare Pages if using the/apiproxy. Then enter the same value in Admin Token and click Save Token. - Redeploy as New version whenever
code.gschanges.
